The easiest way
There are two ways of doing things: an easy and difficult one. Strangely, it seems that most people prefer the more difficult ... Or not? One of the biggest complaints of professionals, managers and entrepreneurs is that they have little time to do things. Time is not the problem, though. The problem is the lack of organization and culture that goes with it. There are tools that can very well resolve the issue time, especially two: the real time management and delegation.
In fact, there is an endless series of people, entrepreneurs and managers, who knew how to best use these tools to increase the performance and effectiveness of their work, yet there is no doubt that the vast majority of people there has not even tried. Why? If there is evidence proved the effectiveness of these tools, why continue with the old, stale and obviously ineffective habits? Exactly for this reason: they are overcome habits and habits is one of the hardest things to do, even before the evidence of their diabolical. Paradoxically, doing things the hard way is actually the easiest thing to do.
Like the woodcutter who refuses to stop to sharpen the blade with which it seeks to cut down the tree because they do not have time, so the manager refuses to take the time to restructure their strategies and work perfectly. The difference is that, in this case, the lack of time often becomes the most immediate justification, because in reality it spends its time in this way.
The real problems, related to the refusal to change strategies, go much deeper, because they review their strategies for 'most of the time questioning their own culture, shaping approaches, addressing fears, especially that of losing control. It 'hard, no doubt, but there is no wand magic and the leap is not made with good intentions. And I would like to end with a quote: If you can not do things right the first time, how to find the time to belittling again?
