Certainly the Anglo-Saxon culture is historically oriented work, teamwork, respect for our Latin focuses more individuality. Then translating from English, teamwork is defined as "joint action of two or more persons, in which each person contributes different skills and interests by expressing individual opinions to the unity and efficiency of the group, in order to pursue common goals. "
Internet and today's Age of Web 2.0 provide users with a wide range of tools enabling the TeamWork (peering, sharing, collaboration). But by themselves, the tools are not sufficient: it is necessary that the individual is also the bearer of a specific culture and specific knowledge.
Forem will be held at Padua, on the dates of September 22 and October 5, 2009, TeamWork 2.0: A seminar on "experiential" by the following objectives:
- Identify and develop new skills needed to cross to the UK Teamwork 2.0;
- analysis principles and methods of TeamWork;
- The communic @ tion in the Internet age;
- Tools 2.0 for teamwork in the company.
The seminar will take place in blended mode, creating a mix between a phase in the classroom, which will spread the training content, and an experiential phase in which participants will be asked to simulate a working group and a project through the use of methodologies and tools proposed.
