Every day we sit,
only with our faith.
yet not leave the company of our
awaiting the bell.

MORNING STAR
The house is silent, the walls
always there,
as the light spreads all around.
Everything is about to begin this new day and every day full of unspoken
wonders of invisible
surprises. All
still asleep. While I do zazen
rises a poem.

Everything passes, everything changes
remains And only the Lord Movement
rooted to the spot where I am sitting still.

also worried about the tree,
in gusts,
in the wind of my thoughts.

take shape and disapparire
cell, life,
of stars, mountains and ideas.
So, in and out from the mirror
all sprouts,
the leaves fall and are swept away.

summer. Similar to sand walls
immersed in the creations of thought
dissolve the waves of life. And there is a

timeless
of zazen.

This morning I had a good meditation
While outside the wind blew, the rain beat
and the work waiting. And I
happy to be sitting here.
