Island Ecological Venafro is still a problem to solve: it clearly says the Regional Council Massimiliano Scarabeo that after almost a year after his application to request funding, submitted to the Regional Governor and the environment Muccilli Iorio, still awaits the completion of the process of implementing measures for the realization of the ecological island waste collection in the town of Venafro. " I must once again emphasize the separation of the institution on a regional issue as important as the financing of an island green for the City of Venafro. We were in April last year when the Administration had reassurances about funding the work, then carrying out a reminder to my request for the same definition.
To date we have to record that the project remained on paper. The idea Councillor Sergio Petrecca that I personally have supported willingly puts Venafro in a position to have a point of injection of all the hazardous wastes that require differentiation in the collection and disposal. A project that many centers like ours, in Italy, have started long ago.
At this point, given the inertia of the region, it is useless to argue and add more, if not the consideration that when institutions are deaf to the legitimate demands of citizens, it is difficult to have a dialogue. To this question I intended to send a specific alderman regional authority and the same government, so that, hopefully, we can know, as soon as possible, at what point is the issue and whether there will be funding promised to finally see the work carried out .

the Venafro has prepared a project to create an island of green in which waste is not disposed to give through the normal system collection, such as bulky or hazardous waste, avoiding the landfill, recovering resources and better protecting the environment; -
on 06/10/2009, the same local authority sent the request for a specific region of Molise ninety-five thousand Euro for financing to respond to the completion of the work;
noted that:

on 04/03/2010 and 24/06/2010 the writer of the Regional Council, sent in this latter Department own request for information and feedback to the dossier submitted by the Administration of Venafro 06/10/2009 - prot. 13432, concerning: eco-island construction funding request; -
to this request, to date, but received no response from the departments concerned; -
there are specific laws regarding activation eco-touring the collection of special waste to which even the Venafro, intends to comply;
